Fylde MP Mark Menzies welcomes record low unemployment

Fylde MP Mark Menzies has welcomed figures revealing the joint-lowest unemployment in more than 10 years. Unemployment has fallen 900,000 nationally since November 2010 - and 270 to 640 in Fylde. Minister’s pledge to Fylde MP over link road

The roads minister has pledged to do all he can to ensure the M55 link road is built as soon as possible. MP Mark Menzies welcomes Fylde coast rail improvements

Fylde MP Mark Menzies has welcomed the start of work which will allow for six direct return services to London every day, stopping at Kirkham and Wesham Railway Station. Network Rail is now electrifying the Blackpool North to Preston line and key improvements will be made at the Fylde station, allowing for the direct link to the capital and an increase in local services. MP Mark Menzies visited small businesses across Fylde constituency on Small Business Saturday, calling for more support for local high streets.
