Fylde MP Mark Menzies says the time for meetings and discussions on the M55 link road is over - and work should begin in earnest. MP Mark Menzies welcomes development grant for historic gem

Fylde MP Mark Menzies has welcomed the award of a £165,500 Lottery development grant to improve one of the Fylde coast's biggest tourism attractions. Rail works welcomed by Fylde MP after ‘generation of neglect’

Fylde MP Mark Menzies has welcomed the start of works to improve rail services on the coast after they were neglected for 'more than a generation'.

As part of a package of work to upgrade the railway line between Preston and Blackpool, passengers are set to have better, easier access to more reliable train services at a key railway station in the Fylde.

Mark Menzies MP welcomes £1.7m fund to fill 23,000 Lancashire potholes

Fylde MP Mark Menzies has welcomed news that more than 23,000 potholes will be filled in Lancashire thanks to a new fund issued by the Government. I was delighted this week to once again ask a question at Prime Minister’s Question Time. There are some 1,200 workers at the Springfields site in Fylde who rely on the nuclear industry to sustain their jobs.
