Mark Menzies MP: Services need to meet new homes demand

MARK Menzies MP has asked the Secretary of State for Health what measures are being taken to ensure Fylde medical services are being bolstered to cope with the extra demand from new housing developments. This week I took part in a well-publicised Transport Select Committee meeting where we questioned the managing director of Volkswagen UK about the ongoing emissions scandal affecting the company. The car maker has admitted that 11 million of its vehicles worldwide are fitted with software which was used to cheat environmental tests in the US. Fylde MP grills Volkswagen managing director over emissions scandal

FYLDE MP Mark Menzies has demanded that the taxpayer does not end up paying for Volkswagen’s “deception” over the diesel emissions scandal. Fylde MP visits dementia information bus

MARK Menzies MP outlined his vision for Fylde to become a beacon for dementia care during a visit to an Alzheimer’s Society information bus in Lytham.
