FYLDE MP Mark Menzies questioned Blackpool Airport bosses over the future of the site during a meeting at the Squires Gate airfield. Engineers of the future praised by MP

FYLDE MP Mark Menzies praised the work of budding engineers during the Lytham Rotary Club Technology Tournament. This year’s event saw 43 teams from schools and colleges across the Fylde coast take part in the challenge, which involved building a battery powered vehicle that was then able to complete a set task. Fylde MP in fight against post office relocation

FYLDE MP Mark Menzies has backed a Lytham postmaster after it emerged his store was under threat. Mark Bamforth, owner of Bamforth’s convenience store and post office on Warton Street, recently found out that his branch was under threat as part of a review by Post Office LTD. MP announces Fylde Woman of the Year 2015

Mark Menzies MP vowed to make the event an annual occurrence after announcing Fylde Woman of the Year 2015 at a packed ceremony in Lytham this weekend. The Member of Parliament said he had been delighted by the popularity of the event after the awards lunch to honour some of Fylde’s most inspirational women was attended by more than 100 people.
