Fylde MP Mark Menzies called on Lancashire County Council to repair blocked drains, and to fully resurface Rossall Road in Ansdell.
He met with County Councillor Tim Ashton on the road to se the multiple potholes and failed patches on the road.
He said: "I visited Rossall Road in Ansdell to see the state of some of the repairs that have been made over the years.
"There are far too many patches, far too many which have failed, and far too many new potholes.
"There are multiple areas where the sub surface is now spilling onto the road.
"I'm also concerned, as is County Coun Tim Ashton who I met to discuss the concerns, that some of the drains have been blocked for a considerable time - yet county Hall tells us they have fixed the issue.
"I know Rossall isn't the only road that needs attention and I have reported several others to County Hall. I understand we may soon be seeing action on Cropper Road which I highlighted a few months ago, and hope to have an update soon."
